26    "review_text": "I stayed at Luma over the New Years Eve weekend and it was a fabulous stay. I wouldn’t change one thing. Our flight landed really early in the morning at 6 AM and the hotel was able to accommodate an earlier check-in for us. We stayed in the Luma suite and the room was fantastic. It had the best view of the ball dropping. The room itself was great and the bed was super comfortable. The best thing about this day was the service from all of the employees from the person opening the door to housekeeping. Everyone was so nice and always said hello and greeted with a smile. I’m a travel agent, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The hotel is not over crowded and in a really great location. Anything you could want is nearby. Thanks Luma!",
